well thats the new talents and all i can say is WTF!
I wanted more damage for raiding and survivability.
did we get any of that? sorta... we got
Weapon Expertise - increases weapon skill by 5 for 2 pts
this is good for end game raid where +5 will help glancing blows
(make me think to myself i should of rolled a human toon)
Improved poisons - now % hit applies to all poisons
but who uses deadly poisons in raid
Improved Expose Armor - now for 2pts 12% armor decrease
yeah right just try using expose armor all the time in raid see what happens
Camouflage - now includes rapid concealment
nice for pvp if our out of combat bug was fixed
Sleight of Hand - increases feint by 20% and reduces chance you are critically hit by melee and ranged attacks by 2% for 2pts
maybe i might think about this but as is i only use feint maybe once or twice after a certain point with a good tank its nearly impossible to draw aggro just hit vanish in the middle of the fight and your good
Improved Garrote - does more damage then before
still barely a change and still worthless
Improved Rupture - does more damage then before
i don't know how much more so i cant comment
Heightened Senses - increases your stealth dection and reduces the chance you are hit by spells and ranged attacks by 4%
whippy this will help my damage/survivability in raids seeing as how this is deep into subtly this was made for pvp
Deadliness - increases atk pwr by 10% for 5pts
hmm so if i have 1000 atk pwr i'd have 100 more atk pwr not too bad except i dont knw too many rogues that have even close to that amount unbuffed also considering its so deep into subtly your gimping yourself for raid damage (is hemo affected by atk pwr?)
i really hope these things work out better in practice then it sounds
cuz as of right now this review seems way more geared towards pvp and name one class that had their review as geared to pvp as the rogue class (really im not sure if there was but i dont think there was)
